The role requires a high school diploma, cash handling or teller experience, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to multi-task while maintaining accurate records and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients with courteous conversation and handling transactions, with support as needed.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales by participating in client outreach through outbound calls and identifying needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training sessions.
• Adhere to internal controls, policies, and risk management procedures.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution, offering appropriate products and services.
