The CSC promotes Optimum Wellness Plans, greets clients and pets, completes intake forms, enters pet history, dispenses medications, and schedules future visits.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
• Experience with clinic computer systems and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Drive client and pet flow through the hospital and promote services.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and hospital services.
• Assist with check-in/out, documentation, and scheduling of visits.
• Handle financial transactions and opening/closing procedures accurately.
• Provide professional, friendly service to clients and pets.
