Qualifications

• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, maintaining high satisfaction and a positive company image.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM database.
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and provide comprehensive solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and suggest enhancements to management.
• Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
• Provide product and service information to customers, ensuring they are well-informed and confident in their purchases.
• Participate in training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
