GemOne is seeking a Client Experience Implementation Manager in Olathe, KS to oversee the full Order-to-Cash lifecycle, from order confirmation to invoicing, while aligning with sales, support, and accounting teams.

You will manage high‑profile client projects, drive implementation milestones, and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction throughout pre-sale, sale, and post-sale stages.

Qualifications
