Job summary

GemOne, a tech company within TVH Holding, is seeking a Client Experience Manager in Olathe, KS. You will own the customer lifecycle from pre-sale through installation, onboarding, training, adoption, and ongoing support, guiding accounts to growth and retention.

You will manage implementations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and develop tailored telematics solutions while serving as the voice of the customer across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in an account management role.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, dealer partners, and end users.
• Conduct regular customer reviews to understand objectives and challenges.
• Proactively monitor customer satisfaction and retention efforts.
• Develop quotations and solution proposals; align pricing and deliverables with expectations.
• Coordinate installation, onboarding, training, and project timelines.
