Job summary

GemOne Americas, part of TVH Holding, seeks a Client Experience Manager in Olathe, KS to own the customer journey from pre-sale to account growth. You will lead account relationships, coordinate installations, and drive adoption across product and services.

The role begins in Technical Services before owning an account portfolio, with emphasis on training, onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver superior customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in an account management role.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Team player with self-motivation and initiative.
• Strong analytical, results-oriented mindset with accountability.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for assigned customer accounts, dealer partners, and end users.
• Build relationships and understand operational needs through site visits.
• Monitor satisfaction, adoption, account health, risks, and retention; manage renewal efforts.
• Advocate for customer needs and coordinate quotations and proposals.
• Lead onboarding, training, and cross-functional communications.
• Manage multiple implementation projects with timelines and handoffs.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve issues with Product, Engineering, and Technical Services.
• Identify expansion and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
