Job summary

TVH is seeking a Client Experience Manager in Olathe, KS to own the customer journey from pre-sale through adoption and growth. You will lead account management, implementation, and training, coordinating with dealers, installers, and internal teams.

The role blends technical know-how with strong relationship skills across multiple systems. Expect regular site visits, proactive account reviews, and a focus on satisfaction, retention, and expansion opportunities within existing clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in an account management role.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Team player with initiative and self-motivation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/WMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, partners, and end users; build relationships and understand operational needs.
• Proactively monitor satisfaction, adoption, account health, risks, and escalations, and support retention efforts.
• Identify expansion, upgrade, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Manage onboarding and implementation projects, coordinating schedules and timelines.
• Provide training and enablement to customers and internal stakeholders.
