Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience across the lifecycle from pre-sale to account growth.
• Manage onboarding, installation, training, adoption and ongoing support.
• Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, configurations and deliveries.
• Support pre-sale activities including presentations and product demos.
• Identify expansion, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Serve as the voice of the customer and advocate for needs internally.
• Lead project management for onboarding and implementation across multiple projects.
