Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a professional in-person customer service role (account management or implementation).
• Willingness to travel frequently for client engagements.
• Experience with software troubleshooting and triage.

Responsibilities

• Train and service new clients on the full suite of products.
• Provide follow-up support with existing clients after onboarding.
• Build meaningful industry relationships to expand existing accounts and identify new opportunities.
• Travel nationwide to manage accounts and ensure client success.
• Analyze data and translate findings into actionable training recommendations.
