Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Order-to-Cash process, including order confirmation, entry, logistics, and invoicing for internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and alignment on business objectives.
• Coordinate with team members to meet project requirements, deadlines and schedules.
• Manage project deliverables, gathering and summarizing updates with status reports.
• Oversee high-profile projects, ensuring milestones are met and stakeholders are engaged.
• Facilitate client-driven change requests, updating timelines and budgets accordingly.
• Address customer order inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Provide and manage basic customer support tickets and assist with non-warranty returns and credit processes.
• Support inventory management and participate in cross-functional process improvements.
• Lead cross-selling and up-selling initiatives to drive additional business.
