Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• 2+ years of project management or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Order-to-Cash process, including order confirmation, entry, logistics and invoicing.
• Collaborate with sales, technical support, accounting and senior management to ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate with teams to meet project requirements, deadlines and schedules.
• Manage project deliverables by gathering, analyzing and summarizing updates and reports.
• Oversee end-to-end processes and focus on customer satisfaction.
