Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong project management focus.
• Proficiency with Monday.com, Looker, Power BI, Salesforce preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project management of Seasonal gifting campaigns across four key moments per fiscal.
• Liaise with HQ and market counterparts on gifting concepts and ensure regional relevance.
• Manage end-to-end gifting campaigns, including timelines, vendor coordination, and stakeholder briefings.
• Forecast budgets and resource needs; partner with Client Experience Director.
• Track delivery, KPIs and produce regular reports for leadership and HQ.
