Qualifications

• Must be able to proficiently navigate Windows 10 & 11.
• Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office 365 (Adobe Acrobat Pro is a plus).
• Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with heavy inbound and outbound calls.
• Proven client service experience (minimum 1 year).

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate client service requests for same-day and future appointments.
• Communicate with electricians, team members, and clients to ensure a seamless experience.
• Answer emails and texts promptly from clients and staff.
• Dispatch service calls efficiently while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Keep all parties updated with clear communication.
