Job summary

Esposito's Electric in Franklin, NJ is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative & Dispatcher to join the Generator Service Department. You will be the first point of contact for customers, answer calls, schedule service appointments, and coordinate generator technicians throughout the day.

We value an organized, can-do attitude and teamwork. Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel and Acrobat helps, as does prior administrative experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in administrative position preferred but not necessary.
• Strong customer service attitude.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel and Acrobat.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team-oriented attitude; can-do approach.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide friendly, professional service.
• Schedule generator service and maintenance appointments.
• Communicate appointment information and updates with customers.
• Work closely with technicians and office staff to keep customers information up to date.
• Provide general administrative support to the Generator Service Department.
