TekStop in Prescott, AZ is seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to welcome clients, keep our service team organized, and ensure every visit is smooth and attentive.

You’ll greet guests, answer phones, coordinate in-store, on-site, and remote service calls, check devices in/out, collect details, and guide clients to the right solution with jargon-free explanations. A professional, friendly demeanor is essential.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help people.
• Previous administrative, receptionist, dispatching, or office coordination experience.
• Strong typing and written/verbal communication skills.
• Professional, friendly demeanor and confidence communicating with clients in person and by phone.
• Comfort with everyday technology and willingness to learn basic troubleshooting concepts.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm when the front desk, phones, and ticket queue are busy.
• Positive team-first attitude and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Create an outstanding client experience from welcome to service completion.
