Job summary

Campbell Companies' Technology Group is seeking a friendly, organized Customer Experience Coordinator to support our Salt Lake City office. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and visitors, helping create a professional, welcoming, and safety-conscious experience.

You will handle front desk tasks, assist with retail sales, maintain showroom appearance, manage inventory, and back up sales and service teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in customer service, retail sales, reception, or office support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, friendly, customer‑focused demeanor.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, vendors, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct calls and inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe reception area and showroom.
• Assist customers with retail purchases and sales transactions.
• Stock and replenish retail inventory and showroom displays.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs.
• Support the sales team by converting quotes into sales orders as needed.
• Process orders and update CRM and business systems.
• Assist the Service Center with check‑in and intake when needed.
• Support other office, sales, and operational tasks as assigned.
