Job summary

A Valley of Vitality Wellness Studio in Prescott, AZ seeks a full-time Spa Coordinator to greet clients, manage appointments, process payments, and keep the front desk polished.

You’ll answer questions, balance cash, maintain client files, coordinate service flow, and promote memberships and products with friendly, professional service. This fast-paced role requires evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience using POS and scheduling software.
• Strong computer skills and polished phone presence.
• Service-first attitude and ability to resolve client concerns.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and set the tone for their experience.
• Schedule services and answer client questions in person and by phone.
• Deliver friendly, polished customer service every time.
• Maintain client files (paper + digital) with total confidentiality (HIPAA compliant).
• Anticipate client needs and take ownership of their satisfaction.
• Keep spa area clean, stocked, and welcoming.
• Balance cash drawer each shift.
• Sell memberships, gift cards, and retail products with enthusiasm and knowledge.
