Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain client charts and keep information up to date.
• Prioritize welcome and confirmation calls; provide friendly service.
• Manage clinic schedule for walk-ins, appointments, and potential clients.
• Enter stock and custom orders; perform weekly inventory audit.
• Maintain records of cash and deposits; complete day-end processes and settlements.
• Maintain a clean, inviting environment.
