Job summary

Hearing Health Center in Chicago is seeking a full-time Audiology Assistant to support our audiologists and deliver an outstanding patient experience at our busy clinic. You will assist with patient visits, hearing aid preparation, deliveries, and daily practice management tasks in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires strong customer service, organization, and a technical aptitude for hearing healthcare technology. A HS diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred in a healthcare field.
• Experience in audiology, ENT, or medical/physician practice is desirable.
• Proficiency with electronic practice management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hearing aid deliveries and verify devices and documentation.
• Assist audiologist during fittings to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Educate patients on care, maintenance, and operation of hearing aids.
• Counsel patients on warranties, maintenance, and accessories.
• Manage inventory, orders, and documentation within the practice system.
• Process invoices for hearing aids and supplies.
• Maintain patient records and a clean clinical environment.
