Responsibilities

• Greet clients upon arrival and direct them to conference rooms.
• Ensure conference rooms are prepared for hearings and meetings.
• Coordinate catering arrangements as required.
• Handle and route incoming calls efficiently.
• Oversee office supplies including tracking, restocking, and ordering.
• Coordinate facility needs and liaise with external vendors.
• Assist in planning and organizing events when needed.
