Job summary

The Global Ambassador Hotel is seeking an Event Coordinator to deliver a seamless guest experience by coordinating client needs with event operations. You will work closely with on-site vendors, banquet teams, and operations to ensure flawless execution of events.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in event coordination or related role.
• Excellent client service with refined communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and multitasking.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficient with general office software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between clients and event operations to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Direct liaison with event vendors to manage on-site logistics.
• Follow up on banquet and restaurant event arrangements to ensure details are executed.
• Ensure quality standards and service expectations are met at each event.
• Review banquet event orders to determine setups, timelines and guest needs.
• Communicate event details and last-minute changes to all departments.
• Produce or distribute banquet event orders, resumes, reports, and minutes.
• Attend weekly BEO and resume meetings to align events.
• Maintain schedule flexibility, including weekends and holidays, to support a 24-hour operation.
