Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of front desk, concierge, customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to comprehend instructions, write routine reports and communicate with clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provides coordination and support for delivery of Workplace Services.
• Greets employees and manages guest registration and passes.
• Maintains workspace awareness and submits janitorial/maintenance requests.
• Responds to customer requests and assists with meetings, equipment and supplies.
• Curates Host platform materials and ensures adherence to brand guidelines.
• Follows security, safety procedures and participates in related programs.
