The Concierge/Client Experience role offers professional concierge services and support to both the firm and its clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide client assistance by welcoming them upon arrival for hearings and guiding them to their respective conference rooms.
• Ensure conference rooms are properly arranged and prepared for hearings.
• Manage catering arrangements as required.
• Handle and route phone calls efficiently.
• Oversee office supply inventory, including tracking, restocking, and ordering as necessary.
• Coordinate facility and management requirements, serving as the point of contact between the office and external vendors.
• Assist in planning and organizing events when needed.
