Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clients, industry partners, and care providers, delivering excellent customer service.
• Handle phone inquiries, provide information on services/fees, and collect information for client care plans.
• Daily dashboard monitoring and follow-up with caregivers and clients.
