Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by handling transactions accurately and with a courteous approach.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support team sales by identifying client needs and referring to branch staff or specialists.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and training sessions.
