Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• First point of contact for clients as the hospitality ambassador of the bank location.
• Delivers accurate, efficient everyday banking transactions while identifying client needs and referring to partners.
• Educates clients on banking products and self-serve solutions while recommending suitable options.
• Manages client flow and supports onboarding while ensuring risk and regulatory standards are followed.
• Maintains a compliant and positive client experience, escalating non-standard issues as needed.
