Job summary

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for clients, acting as hospitality ambassador of the bank location.
• Delivers accurate, efficient everyday banking transactions and deepens relationships by identifying client needs.
• Educates clients on products and self-serve solutions, recommending appropriate solutions.
• Performs a broad range of client transactions within established financial limits.
• Escalates non-standard issues internally when needed.
