Qualifications

• Notary license preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver everyday banking and basic consumer account maintenance with accuracy and care.
• Engage clients to understand needs and connect them to appropriate partners.
• Serve as hospitality ambassador, guiding client flow and delivering a high-touch experience.
• Educate clients on banking products and digital capabilities to improve convenience.
• Refer clients to specialists and maintain risk/compliance in all interactions.
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide concise information.
