Job summary

TD Bank Group (TD) in Orleans, Massachusetts seeks a client-focused associate to serve as the hospitality ambassador at the financial center. You will guide clients through everyday banking with accuracy and clarity, helping them feel informed and supported to reach their financial goals.

You will educate clients on banking products, perform routine transactions, and refer opportunities to partners to deepen relationships while upholding TD's risk and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year demonstrated client experience preferred (volunteering, education, military ok).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a financial setting is preferred.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for clients, guiding traffic and delivering a high-touch experience.
• Perform routine banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Identify client needs and refer to partners to achieve financial goals.
• Educate clients on products and digital tools; turn transactions into meaningful moments.
• Maintain compliance with policies and risk controls in daily activities.
