Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• 6 months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with PC and branch automation software.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficient with basic computer applications such as MS Office.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Availability to work weekends or extended hours; travel/or overnight may occur.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience, handling transactions and uncovering client needs.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATM, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound outreach and referring clients to appropriate team members.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank routines and training.
• Continue product knowledge through meetings and online learning.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution; manage branch demand.
