Job summary

Truist in the United States is seeking a branch associate to handle client transactions, provide excellent service, and promote digital banking options. The role includes outbound calls, assisting with IRM activities, and supporting the sales process.

Regular or Temporary: Regular, 1st shift. English fluency required. Weekend/extended hours may be needed. Travel for temporary staffing may occur as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and possible locale changes.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and accurate handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital/self-service banking options (ATMs, Online/Mobile).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and trainings.
• Advance product knowledge through meetings and training sessions.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
