Qualifications

• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and locale changes.
• Work weekends and/or extended hours with possible travel and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by handling transactions and uncovering client needs.
• Educate clients on digital banking options including Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound calling and identifying client opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise to clients.
• Participate in the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
