Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular full-time team member in the United States (Georgia, Alpharetta) to provide timely client transactions and superior service. You will educate clients on digital solutions and support outbound outreach, while aligning with Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) practices to meet client needs.

The role emphasizes accuracy, cross-training across sales/service, and compliance with policies through ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support sales through outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Leadership routines and contribute to team goals.
• Advance product knowledge through meetings and training classes.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
