Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular full-time Teller/Customer Service Associate to deliver timely, accurate client transactions and a superior service experience. You will uncover client needs and guide them to appropriate Truist solutions.

You will educate clients on digital banking tools (ATMs, Online/Mobile), support sales through outreach, and ensure compliance with internal controls; weekend/evening shifts and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience to ensure a consistent service level by engaging clients with smiling, courteous conversation, and handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales process by outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training sessions.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies; stay compliant with changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
