Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a regular full-time teller/relationship associate to provide timely client transactions and accurate records while delivering superior service. You will educate clients on digital banking and support outbound outreach to uncover additional opportunities, aligning with Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) practices.

You will participate in leadership routines, deepen product knowledge through training, and ensure policy compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle complex and standard transactions, uncovering client needs.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales process by outbound calls, checking offers, and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate fully in all components of the established Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines.
• Advance individual and product knowledge through meetings and training.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution, offering applicable products and services.
