Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular Banker to deliver a high-quality client experience and assist with transactions. You’ll promote digital and self-service banking options, educate clients, and support the sales process through outreach and referrals. A focus on IRM and compliance is required.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2 years teller or client-service background, and strong communication skills to engage with clients and prospects. Weekend/extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and transactional support.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs and online banking.
• Support team sales through outbound outreach and referral of client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
