Truist in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Regular, full-time Customer Service Associate to process client transactions, maintain records, and deliver high-quality service. You will help clients understand digital banking options and support outbound sales efforts while partnering with branch teams to meet customer needs.

The role involves learning Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and participating in ongoing training, with a focus on accurate, compliant service and occasional travel or weekend

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience preferred.
• Six months client relationship or sales experience helpful.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential.
• Ability to run PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Experience with Microsoft Office beneficial.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends/extended hours with travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Provide a distinctive client experience through courteous interactions and accurate handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs for appropriate referrals.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and trainings.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge for consumers and business clients.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies; stay updated on changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
