Job summary

Truist is seeking a client-focused teammate to provide timely and accurate handling of transactions and deliver exceptional service. You will educate clients on digital banking and assist with outbound outreach, supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities.

Regular duties include handling complex and standard transactions, maintaining records, and collaborating with branch teams to offer suitable products and solutions while upholding internal controls and risk management

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients, conducting transactions, and uncovering needs.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through training and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls, policies, and risk management guidelines.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
