Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Regular, full-time Banking Service Representative. Provide timely, accurate client transactions, maintain records, and deliver superior service while identifying customers' financial needs.

You will also support outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. Key duties include educating clients on digital banking, assisting with new accounts, and adhering to internal controls and policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs, including locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with possible travel and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience via courteous conversation and handling complex transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs and online/mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend trainings to advance product knowledge and service skills.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
