Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Regular full‑time member of the Retail Banking team to provide timely and accurate client transaction processing and exceptional service. You will promote digital banking solutions, support outbound client outreach, and participate in Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities to meet clients’ financial needs.

The role emphasizes building client relationships, adhering to internal controls, and collaborating with branch staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience preferred.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software used for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
• Willingness to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and accurate handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales via outbound outreach and account referrals to branches or specialists.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training sessions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and policies; ensure compliance with internal controls and risk management.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution; handle workload based on branch needs.
