Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and odd hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and accurate transaction handling.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and referrals to branch teams or specialists.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures, and risk management guidelines.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution, adjusting workload as branch demands.
• Follow internal controls and compliance requirements.
