Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular, full-time team member in the United States (Elkin, NC area) to handle client transactions with accuracy while building strong relationships. The role includes educating clients on digital banking tools, supporting outbound outreach, and applying Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to tailor solutions.

You will participate in branch routines, pursue continuous product knowledge, and ensure compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years teller, cash handling or client service experience are required.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients and prospects.
• Proficiency with PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints and meet deadlines.
• Microsoft Office proficiency and basic computer skills are expected.
• Travel may be required for temporary staffing or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends or extended hours with some travel may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate client transactions and maintain records.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online, Mobile banking).
• Support sales and service via outbound calls and client outreach.
• Understand and communicate Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) solutions.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and knowledge meetings.
• Advance product knowledge through training and learning opportunities.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as a secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
