Job summary

Truist is seeking a Universal Banker in the United States to provide timely client transactions and maintain accurate records while offering superior service. The role includes outbound calling, educating clients on digital banking, and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver tailored solutions.

Responsibilities also include participating in leadership routines, expanding product knowledge, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; enjoy interacting with clients.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to travel for temporary staffing or locale changes.
• Weekend and/or extended hours with occasional travel/overnights may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions like ATMs and Online/Mobile banking.
• Participate in outbound client outreach and identify client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Engage in Retail Community Bank leadership routines and training.
• Continue building product knowledge through meetings and training classes.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution with branch staff.
