Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Associate Banker in the United States to deliver exceptional client experiences and promote banking solutions using Chase Mobile App and other digital tools. You will greet clients, open accounts, and support branch goals with hospitality and attentiveness.

You will provide daily transactions and education on products, while collaborating with teammates to ensure compliant, seamless service and strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and opening new accounts while ensuring compliance.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling while adhering to policies and procedures.
