Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Provide account servicing, open new accounts, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with teammates.
• Handle branch operations and cash devices following bank policies.
