Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts in line with policies and banking rules.
• Educate clients on day-to-day transactions and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships through active listening, empathy, and sharing product knowledge to help clients meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and vault/ATM duties in compliance with procedures.
