Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and manage lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance, open new accounts, and follow bank policies and procedures.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with the branch team.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in compliance with bank policies.
