Qualifications

• Must pass required regulatory exams and licensing program within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person and by phone.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and collaborate with team to address specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
