JPMorganChase is seeking an Associate Banker to provide welcoming, attentive service and build trusted relationships with clients at our branch. You will guide customers through everyday banking needs and digital solutions, aiming to help them achieve their financial goals.

In this role you will open new accounts, perform servicing, and educate clients on technology tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong ability to absorb product knowledge and procedures.
• Ability to learn and adapt to banking technology and processes.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet.
• Open new accounts and perform servicing while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build trusted client relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering suitable solutions.
• Support branch operations including cash devices while adhering to bank policies.
