Qualifications

• Provide attentive, welcoming service and build client relationships.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones per policy.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Collaborate with team to deliver seamless branch experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Serve clients with account maintenance and new accounts while following procedures.
• Educate clients on Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for day-to-day banking.
• Build trusted relationships through listening, empathy, and product knowledge.
• Support branch operations and cash handling in line with policies.
